What the tracker measures
Unique contributors
Distinct accounts that posted or commented at least once in the week; an account that posts fifty times counts once. These weeks currently end four weeks before the contribution weeks.
Weekly visitors
The figure Reddit publishes for each community: unique visitors over seven days, smoothed as a 28-day rolling average. Oscylo reads it about once a week, so each point carries the day it was read rather than a calendar week.
Comparing communities
Up to three communities share a chart. Indexed, each line reads 100 on its first point in the range, so a community a hundredth the size of another still reads beside it. A community younger than the range starts from its own first week.
