Membership is whatever Reddit published on its music Explore page that day, and the visitor figure is the one Reddit printed. Oscylo adds nothing to the list and removes nothing from it beyond withholding names it cannot affirmatively classify as non-adult.
Why the index and the total disagree
The total counts whoever is on the page today. The index counts only communities measured on two consecutive days, so a card Reddit adds or drops moves the total and leaves the index alone. When the two diverge, the list changed and the traffic did not.
